1980 | Opened first laundry shop ‘Systematic Laundromat’ in Marine Parade estate. It was the first laundromat in Singapore to introduce self-service coin laundry, drop-off laundry service and drycleaning collection. The new laundry concept proved to be a success and more Systematic Laundromat outlets were opened. |
1982 | Branched out into institutional laundry & drycleaning services for hotels, airlines, serviced apartments and country clubs with a mini laundry plant set up in Bedok Reservoir. |
1983 | Appointed as the official laundry & drycleaning service provider for the 12th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games. |

Developed laundry franchise system under Systematic Laundromat with the support from The Standards, Productivity and Innovations Board (formerly known as National Productivity Board and Productivity & Standards Board) and Ernst & Young Consultants. The Systematic Laundromat franchise was launched on 1 November 1995 by Dr Ow Chin Hock (former Chairman of the Government Parliamentary Committee for Finance and Trade & Industry) in conjunction with the government’s promotional events of franchise trade. The number of Systematic Laundromat outlets grew to 19 at various strategic locations across the island. |
1996 | Built a main processing laundry plant of 15,000 sqft in Woodlands Walk to consolidate all laundry operations and operate as head office. |
1997 | Formed new business divisions, Ladrin System Planners and TCA Textile Care Training Centre to provide laundry consultancy services and laundry management training respectively. |
2002 | Entered into strategic partnership with Peter Knipp Holdings Pte Ltd and Foodservice Consultants Singapore to provide food service and laundry system design. |

Developed RFID management system for garment counting and tracking with RFID Innovation Platform Grant from National RFID Centre. |
2009 | Built a garment processing plant of 24,000 sqft in Woodlands Spectrum (#01-31) equipped with RFID tracking and sorting system, the first laundry in Singapore to pioneer adoption of RFID technology. |
2009 | Completed the design and installation of RFID conveyor systems for Marina Bay Sands and Resorts World Sentosa. |
2009 | Formed new business division, I-Clean Laundry Systems to supply and install commercial laundry equipment. |
2010 | Appointed as the official laundry service partner for Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games. Successfully achieved 99.96% accuracy in delivering laundry services throughout the games period, with the use of RFID garment tracking bags. |
2011 | Built a linen processing plant of 15,000 sqft in Woodlands Spectrum (#03-03). |

2013 | Built a mega dormitory laundry in Tuas South Boulevard to cater for uniform processing of 10,000 residents. |
2015 | Entered into joint venture with CBM Pte Ltd (wholly owned subsidiary of City Developments Limited) and incorporated Systematic Holdings Pte Ltd. |
2015 | Formed new business division, Capella RFID Management Systems to provide RFID solutions for uniform management, linen management and laundry management. |
